1. Who we are

Fuyuh! (fuyuh.com) is run by 3xposure Sdn Bhd, Lot 9099, 1st Floor, Jalan Tun Razak, 93300 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Contact: [email protected], 082-333113.

2. What Fuyuh! does

Fuyuh! lets people list and find cars and property. We are not the buyer, seller, landlord or agent. Any deal is between the buyer and the seller.

3. Posting an ad

Only post items you own or are allowed to sell or rent out.
Keep details honest and up to date: price, condition, location and photos you have the right to use.
No illegal, stolen, misleading or offensive content, and no spam or duplicate ads.
New ads are reviewed before they go live. We may decline, hide or remove any ad that breaks these rules.
Please remove or mark your ad as sold when it is no longer available.

4. Buying or renting

Check everything before you pay: meet in person, inspect the item, and verify ownership (JPJ for cars, the title for property). Never pay a deposit to "reserve" something you haven't seen.

5. Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your ads and photos. You allow us to show them on Fuyuh! and in links people share from it.

7. No guarantees

We do our best to keep Fuyuh! working and ads genuine, but we can't promise that every ad is accurate or that a deal will happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from dealings between users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
