Fuyuh!Log in / Sign upHow selling, claiming, agencies and verification work on Fuyuh! Plain language, same rules for everyone.
Current availability: WhatsApp claim codes are not available yet. For now, the Fuyuh team checks claims by hand. Paid plans and business credits are not open for purchase yet.
Who can sell on Fuyuh?
Anyone with a Malaysian phone number. You sell as one of four types:
You pick your type on your profile (My profile → Selling as). Your ads show it, so buyers know who they're dealing with.
Who owns an ad?
The rule is simple: whoever pays for the ad owns it.
More on what this means when people change jobs in section 5.
Some ads on Fuyuh were imported from other sites, so the real seller has no Fuyuh account yet. If you see your own ad:
First verified claim wins. Only the first person to enter the right code gets the ad. Nobody can take it from them afterwards just by asking.
What if someone else claimed my ad first?
Open the ad and tap "Wrong owner? Tell us". Explain why it's yours. The Fuyuh team looks at both sides and decides. The ad stays with the verified owner while we check. Our decision is final (see the Terms).
I can't receive the WhatsApp code.
Claims can also be checked by hand by the Fuyuh team - the phone number on your account must match the number on the ad. This is slower (usually within a day).
How do I show my agency on my ads?
On your profile (My profile → Selling as), choose "Under an agency / dealership" and type the agency name. That's it - your ads show the agency name right away. We don't make you wait for the agency to approve anything, because most agencies don't have time to administer this.
What exactly shows on my ads?
The agency said I'm not their agent. What now?
If an agency rejects you, their name comes off your ads and you cannot name that agency again on Fuyuh. If you think this is a mistake, sort it out with the agency directly - only they can lift the block.
Can I move agencies?
Yes. Change the agency name on your profile any time. Your ads show the new name immediately. What happens to your ads is covered in section 5.
I'm an independent agent (no agency).
Choose "Independent" on your profile. Your ads show "Property agent (Independent)". For property ads, add your REN number - Malaysian advertising rules ask for it (see section 8).
Why register?
Registering your agency or dealership (Business account) gives you:
How do I register?
Open Business account and apply with your business name, type (property agency / car dealer / developer), SSM registration number or agency licence number, phone and city. The Fuyuh team checks every application by hand, usually within a day.
Someone I don't know is naming my agency.
Reject them in your Business account. Their ads stop showing your name immediately, and they can't name you again. If you know them, confirm them instead - they join your team page.
Do agents' ads belong to my agency?
No, not automatically. The agency never takes over an ad an agent paid for. Only ads paid with the agency's credits belong to the agency. Details in section 5.
Can I invite agents the old way?
Yes - you can still add agents by phone number, and they accept on their side. Confirmed namings and invited agents end up in the same team list.
An agent leaves an agency (or is removed).
I changed agencies.
Same rule. Your self-paid ads come with you and show your new agency as soon as you update your profile. Agency-paid ads from your old agency stay there.
The agency closes down.
Agency-paid ads stay with the agency owner's account. Agents' own ads are unaffected.
The same rules apply to cars, with car words:
If you are a property agent or negotiator, Malaysian advertising standards (the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents / Malaysian Estate Agency Standards, Standard 6) expect every property ad to show:
Fuyuh shows your agency name and your REN number on your property ads when you fill them in on your profile. Keeping these accurate is your responsibility, and your agency's. (Fuyuh is a platform - we don't check REN numbers against the LPPEH register.)
